Return, Replace & Refund

Our return and refund policy is outlined below:

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been delivered in perfect condition, adhering to our high-quality standards.

Return, Refund, or Exchange requests will only be considered under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 24 hours of delivery.
• The product(s) received are damaged or incorrect.

In the rare instance that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to help. Please email photos of the damaged or incorrect product(s) to myearthcompany@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will carefully review the case and provide a suitable resolution. If a refund is warranted, it will be processed and should reflect in your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided.
• If there have been two failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner.
• If the package is refused by the recipient.

For quicker resolution, we highly recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive the product. This documentation can help us expedite the process in case of any issues with your order.
